Wever Marine has offices on Aruba and Curacao, and wanted a simple, but informative site for their customers. Their main goal was for people to find information. Of course we still created a good looking site, but you can definitely see there is an abundance of information for people who need to berth their ships.
The site CaribMedia developed has the following strong points

This site also features the hCard
microformat. Not many people know about microformats, but this will change soon, when browsers implement features for these. The idea is that by writing a special code in the page, browsers, search engines and other programs can take the information and 'know' whether it's an address, person, map location, review, rating, product, etc. All addresses on the site use this format and can be detected already. If you're interested in finding out more, consider using Firefox with the
operator extension.
Wever Marine preferred to have the email addresses shown on the site. For anti-spam reasons we don't prefer doing this, but in this case we made an exception. JavaScript is used to mangle the email addresses, so automated spambots (programs searching for emails) will have a hard time obtaining them from the site.
