In the spotlight

Aruba Weddings By Bonny Website screenshot.jpg Bonny Stanley operates Weddings By Bonny, a local wedding planning service with a personal touch.

ArubaWeddingsByBonny.com is a new site, where pictures and clear information sell the product.

The site features a well integrated photo gallery, where pictures are used in a slideshow with transition effects and also in rotating pictures in a small grid.

As a small extra we created a link to her Facebook account, which earned the site a first availability request submitted on the day of the launch!

Web Security Guide

This month: browsers!

Which browser should I use?

Actually it really doesn't matter, as long as you make sure to use a modern browser that supports standards. All our websites are made for and tested on these based on the W3C recommendations. Popular brands are Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Apple Safari, Google Chrome.

Should I upgrade?

If you are using e.g. Internet Explorer 6, or an older version of Firefox (e.g. 2.0), you should think about upgrading. Internet Explorer is now at version 8, and Microsoft has made dramatic improvements to the browser in speed, security and standards conformance. Most other browsers offer an easy upgrade and will inform you about new versions. If you use Microsoft Update you can also be sure your version of Windows will be updated and made more secure.

Did you know?

With every redesign we make we also upgrade the contact and e.g. reservation forms. This means you will benefit from better spam protection and highly customizable, user friendly forms. If you have a support contract we will also monitor the use of the forms. Our forms system is always under development with new features and improvements. We fight spam by e.g. blocking links, asking to type over secret code, and setting a timout so automated programs don't get a chance to blast out emails. Ask us how we can help you set up spam resistant forms.

Meet our team

Hi, my name is Sebastian and I am a member of the creative team here at CaribMedia.

I have a big interest in technology and the arts. After I graduated from Colegio Arubano I moved to Orlando, FL to pursue these interests. I started with an Associates Degree in Electronics to learn how things are put together. Then I continued to the more creative area and got a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media where I learned about design, audio, video, and most importantly; web technologies and how humans interact with them.
