In the spotlight
Bonny Stanley operates Weddings By Bonny, a local wedding planning service with a personal touch.
ArubaWeddingsByBonny.com
is a new site, where pictures and clear information sell the product.
The site features a well integrated photo gallery, where pictures are
used in a slideshow with transition effects and also in rotating
pictures in a small grid.
As a small extra we created a link to her Facebook account, which
earned the site a first availability request submitted on the day of
the launch!

Web Security Guide
This month: browsers!
Which browser should I use?
Actually it really doesn't matter, as long as you make sure to use a
modern browser that supports standards. All our websites are made for
and tested on these based on the W3C recommendations. Popular brands are Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Apple Safari, Google Chrome.
Should I upgrade?
If you are using e.g. Internet Explorer 6, or an older version of Firefox (e.g. 2.0), you should think about upgrading. Internet Explorer
is now at version 8, and Microsoft has made dramatic improvements to
the browser in speed, security and standards conformance. Most other
browsers offer an easy upgrade and will inform you about new versions.
If you use Microsoft Update you can also be sure your version of Windows will be updated and made more secure.

Did you know?
With every redesign we make we also upgrade the contact and e.g.
reservation forms. This means you will benefit from better spam
protection and highly customizable, user friendly forms. If you have a
support contract we will also monitor the use of the forms. Our forms
system is always under development with new features and improvements.
We fight spam by e.g. blocking links, asking to type over secret code,
and setting a timout so automated programs don't get a chance to blast
out emails. Ask us how we can help you set up spam resistant forms.
New on VisitAruba
VisitAruba.com's restaurant section now includes
direct links to view reviews on ArubaRestaurants.com and also to submit
reviews to ArubaRestaurants.com.
Remember to become a fan of VisitAruba.com on Facebook.
Please note that our RSS news feeds of Aruba News
(including articles you submit to us) are also capable of being
distributed on this platform. Another good reason to send us your news
updates!
We'd like to remind everyone again of our "Aruba Deals & Specials" page. This is our recession stimulus package. As a VisitAruba.com client you are entitled to have your specials listed
there FREE of charge. We can also combine it with a news release on VisitAruba News, to boost your Aruba deal's visibility.
If you have newsworthy articles about your (tourism) business, feel
free to send us pictures and text, and we will be happy to give you
some extra exposure on the news section of VisitAruba.com. This is a
free service for all clients of VisitAruba.

A Tourist's Experience
We booked this trip sort of at the last minute.
We had decided to
go to Aruba this year but were thinking about going in September. I
happened upon a 1 br timeshare up for bids at the Renaissance
for the week of 05/22 to 05/29.

Meet our team
Hi, my name is Sebastian and I am a member of the creative team here at CaribMedia.
I have a big interest in technology and the arts. After I graduated
from Colegio Arubano I moved to Orlando, FL to pursue these interests.
I started with an Associates Degree in Electronics to learn how things
are put together. Then I continued to the more creative area and got a
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media where I learned about design, audio,
video, and most importantly; web technologies and how humans interact
with them.
