CaribMedia recently had a celebration among staff to recognize Otmar Manuela's first five years with the company.
Starting at CaribMedia in 2004 as a Junior Developer, Otmar was quickly thrown in the deep end with some systems which needed rapid development and implementation. Otmar stood up to the challenge very well, he does say it was kind of scary at times back then because lots of things were quite new, but he took it all in his stride.
Throughout the years, Otmar's hardworking approach, attention to detail, dedication, very pleasant personality and unassuming outlook have contributed to him being very much appreciated as a colleague, by clients and definitely by CaribMedia's owners Daphne and Mark Cesareo who clearly consider him to be an exemplary person.
