Fundacion Alzheimer Aruba launches website to help raise awareness.
Fundacion Alzheimer Aruba is an organization dedicated to raise awareness in the community about Alzheimer disease. Their new website was recently launched to help reach the community and more easily provide information.
The target audience of this website includes Alzheimer patients, their care takers, friends and family, and professionals in the field. CaribMedia took this into consideration and designed a website that is easy enough for an Alzheimer patient to navigate, yet appealing enough for the rest of the audience.
The website uses the wordpress CMS for easy updating of Alzheimer events and news. The main language is Papiamento and includes articles in other languages. It features a text resizing functionality for the older audience, and a picture gallery was implemented where photos of events
are displayed.
